 Our
engineers specialize in infrastructure design for greenfield,
infill, and refill projects from initial planning and
cost estimating through final plans and preparation of
construction documents. We have successfully completed
projects from $1 million to over $120 million in infrastructure
improvements including new roadways, street beautification,
traditional subdivisions, hillside developments, trunk sewers,
and wet utility layout design.
We
have managed nearly $1 billion of “bonding” for special
tax districts and municipal finance engineering, including
special tax and assessment consulting for Community
Facilities Districts and Assessment Districts.
